Dockage

With over 300 slips, you can bring all of your friends. We have seasonal contracts as well as a variety of other ways to enjoy boating with us during the summer season. Below is a list of our current prices on docks and the different options that are available.

Type of Contract	Price
Annual Lease (Wet Dockage & Winter Storage): Term: May 1st through April 30th. (A full year!) Lock in a low rate for the entire year!	$50.00 / foot
Summer Wet Lease: Term : May 1 through October 31 Great for boaters that prefer to store their boats at home.	$40.00/foot
Monthly Dockage Lease: Term: 30 continious days, starting anytime. A great way to try dockage to see if you'll like it. The lease is automatically renewed every month if your boat is still at the dock.	$15.00/foot with a 15ft. minimum
Daily Transient Dockage: Term: Anytime until 12 noon the following day. Great option for visitors from other areas, daysailors, travelers, folks on a budget, and for short vacations.	1.00/foot with a 20ft. minimum

They are always ready to assist

All of our docks give you plenty of space to relax in the sun and have electric and water on site so you can enjoy your boat to its fullest potential.

In addition, we also offer storage of your boat trailer on our grounds for $50.00 per trailer.

We also welcome jet skiis at our docks. There is a $500.00 charge per jet ski for the summer season.
